Friend Health (formerly Friend Family Health Center) brings more than 65 years of healthcare experience to you and the community. Our trusted healthcare professionals are there for you. We are here to serve everyone. We provide Adult Medicine, Women’s Health, Children’s Health, Mental Health (including Psychiatry), Substance Use Disorder, and Dental Services.

COVID-19 and updates to our services

With the increased concerns you may have due to the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), Friend Health wants you to know that the safety of our Patients and Care Team is our highest priority. We want you to feel confident that we have created a very safe environment for you to receive high quality health care.

If you are feeling sick:

PLEASE CALL Friend Health at 773-702-0660. Our Care Team is here to assist you. This will help us prepare for your visit, so that we may better serve you.

If you have an “in-person” appointment:

Please come by yourself if possible. Minors and those who need support, may be accompanied by one healthy adult.

ALL Friend Health patients and their guests will be screened at the entrance to the clinic.

Changes to Locations and Hours of Operation

Effective March 21, 2020, Friend Health has consolidated services into the following locations. Providers from other sites will be available for “in-person” appointments at one of these locations, as well as via Telehealth appointments (see below):

Telehealth is here!

Friend Health is now offering telehealth appointments. A telehealth visit occurs when a healthcare provider conducts a visit with a patient over the phone or via video chat. When you schedule an appointment, the Friend Health representative will confirm whether your visit will be a telehealth visit or an “in-person” visit.
